Feel the Difference

Every Knitti girls dress and accessory is produced exclusively from natural fibres. Our wools come from the Geelong Merino sheep, famous for superior softness, breathability and temperature regulation. Unlike traditional wool, Merino is much finer and subsequently itch free, making it the natural choice for high quality, designer children's clothing. Our cottons are combed to the finest possible quality and like all our products, is pre-washed prior to production, thus ensuring size and wearability.

Every Knitti girls dress and accessory is Made in England by our wonderful bespoke factory in Leicestershire. Factories like this one sprung up during the industrial revolution and skills were passed down from generation to generation with children following parents into their chosen trade. However, the advent of cheap foreign imports caused a steep decline in the numbers of factories and skilled workers and those remaining are predominantly small family companies, producing garments of the very highest quality.

The company we work with employ only 18 people but between them, they have over 400 years experience in the knitwear trade. These skills do come at a premium but we believe they are worth every single penny.
