Payment Methods and Exchange Rates

We accept debit or credit cards and cheques. Please do not send cash. Currency rates are calculated weekly but are for indicative purposes only. You are being charged by us in sterling and the final rate you receive will be calculated by the relevant payment service provider/credit card company. Dollar prices are applicable for delivery outside of Europe only and do not include any import duty payable.

Product Description

We have taken a great deal of care to make sure our product information is accurate. However, discrepancies can occur. For instance, whilst every attempt has been made to faithfully reproduce colours, because we use natural fibres there may be a slight difference between batches, so the colour in the brochure may differ slightly from the colour of the garment. Furthermore, due to the fact that our garments are hand finished, inconsistencies and variance can occur – this is completely normal and does not constitute a fault! Also, changes in a product’s specification may become necessary during production. If this happens, we will do our best to make you aware of it before your order is processed.

Availability

We don’t like to disappoint, so we try to maintain a high level of stock and when you place an order we’ll tell you when it will be dispatched. Despite our best efforts, sometimes demand takes us by surprise and items become unavailable. If this is the case we will tell you as soon as possible.

Delivery

The standard delivery charge is £3.95 for UK orders and you should expect your goods to arrive within 4-5 working days. Alternative services are available for the UK and Worldwide – please see the delivery page options. Orders paid by cheque take about 2 weeks to process as we wait for cheques to clear. The delivery address should be one where there is usually somebody available during normal business hours as our boxes will not fit through a standard letter box and will need signing for. Please remember that all orders over £100.00 attract free worldwide delivery!

Vat Sales Tax

Our VAT No. is GB 925 9762 80. However, children’s clothing is zero rated and therefore free from UK VAT wherever it is being shipped.

Hassle Free Returns

Whether your girls dress is the wrong size, the wrong colour or you just decide its not what you really wanted, we are always happy to exchange or refund any item if you return it to us in good condition and within 30 days. Just complete the returns form located on the returns section of our website and return the goods via recorded delivery. Unless the product is faulty, refunds will be credited at the price we are charging for the product on the date we receive the return. Please note, for Emu boots only, a handling fee of £3.95 will apply should you wish to exchage your item for a different size or colour.

Complaints

Your complete satisfaction is our goal! We hope you never have reason to complain but if for any reason you have a complaint regarding your order please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail. All complaints will be dealt with in a fair and reasonable manner and we endeavour to respond to any complaint within 2 working days. We will indicate the likely timescale to resolve your complaint, in most cases we will have a solution instantly, but certainly within days.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to responsible data management and comply with the Data Protection Principals of the Data Protection Act 1998. We are committed to maintaining the privacy of our users and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you. Personal information provided by you is not available for sale or use by third parties, without your permission.
