Returning Items

If you are not happy with any garment (s) you purchase from Knitti, please return your item (s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Sale items must be returned within 7 days and will only be exchanged for goods or a credit note - no cash refunds will be given. Unless your goods are faulty, or we have sent the wrong product(s) in error, we will not refund your postage charges. It is very important that we know exactly why any item is being sent back to us. Therefore, please ensure that you enclose a written note explaining your return.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from your post office as we cannot refund or exchange anything that does not arrive. Please allow up to 21 days for refunds and exchanges, although we aim to process sooner wherever possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
