Returning Items

If you are not happy with any garment (s) you purchase from Knitti, please return your item (s) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Sale items must be returned within 7 days and will only be exchanged for goods or a credit note - no cash refunds will be given. Unless your goods are faulty, or we have sent the wrong product(s) in error, we will not refund your postage charges. PLEASE NOTE
It is very important that we know exactly why any item is being sent back to us. Therefore, please ensure that you have completed our Returns Form and include it with the item/s you are returning together with proof of purchase. If you haven't got a printer to hand, simply copy the form onto a piece of paper.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from your post office as we cannot refund or exchange anything that does not arrive. Please allow up to 21 days for refunds and exchanges, although we aim to process sooner wherever possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
